Harmony Haven Homes is a compassionate, person-centered 24-hour residential support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our services are designed to promote independence, ensure safety, and support each individual in living a meaningful and fulfilling life within a comfortable, home-like environment.

We offer continuous care and supervision in a safe, structured setting. Our trained staff are available around the clock to provide support tailored to each individual’s needs, ensuring health, safety, and well-being at all times.

Every individual we serve has unique strengths, preferences, and goals. We work closely with individuals, families, and support teams to follow Individual Support Plans (ISPs) that guide daily care and long-term development.

We focus on helping individuals build confidence and independence through daily skill development, including:

• Personal hygiene and self-care

• Meal preparation and nutrition

• Household responsibilities

• Money management (as appropriate)

• Decision-making and self-advocacy

We believe in the importance of staying connected to the community. Individuals are supported in participating in:

• Recreational activities

• Community outings

• Social events

• Appointments and errands

We use positive, respectful approaches to support emotional well-being and behavior needs. Our staff are trained to provide:
